Please send myspace or website links or EPKS to booking@fairfieldtheatre.org. Please do not send MP3s – only send the links to the music, not the actual files. Sending us a myspace page is the easiest! Please do not call asking if we received your email. We are no longer accepting mailed demo/press kits/CD submissions.

If you are not represented by a national management company, agency or record label there are a few things:

1. Understand that we primarily book touring artists at StageOne and the Klein.
2. StageOne is a 225 capacity seated black box theatre, not a bar or a club. The Klein is a 1400 seated theatre.
3. We will check our booking@fairfieldtheatre.org daily, but understand we can receive a lot submissions a day from local artists. We will check the email, we will listen to your music. If we are interested, we will get back to you. Please do not call or email us back asking if we have received your email.
4. For opening slots: Most headliners are packaged with their own openers. That means the headlining bands are touring with their own openers and we can not book someone in that slot. We have very few open spaces for a local band to play a month. Please be patient and we will do our best to help you out!
5. For headlining slots: The room is 225. Making sure that you would be able to bring in at least 175 of that 225 is expected. It is also expected that you take at least 60 days on either end of the date not playing in our general market. If you are headlining similar venues in Norwalk, Westport, or anywhere in Fairfield or New Haven County, we'd like to have a 10-12 month time frame before you headline a show in our area.
