This year marks the 25th anniversary since the release of Marc Cohn’s GRAMMY award-winning debut album, and Cohn is celebrating the milestone the only way he knows how: with music.
After winning a GRAMMY for his soulful ballad “Walking in Memphis,” Cohn solidified his place as one of this generation’s most compelling singer/songwriters.
This tour marks the first time Cohn has performed his platinum-selling album in its entirety from start to finish. He will be joined by an all-star band featuring some of his favorite musicians and perhaps a surprise or two along the way. To make these shows even more personal and dramatic, photographs and video from Cohn’s personal archives will be shown, allowing fans to not only hear the music that has become part of their own personal soundtrack, but to also see some of the people and places that populate those songs.
“Marc Cohn is as real as you can get in this crazy world of songwriting ... his lyrics and melodies strike straight at the heart and soul of the listener. The world is a better place because of Marc’s music.” ~ Graham Nash
"Marc is one of the most soulful, talented artists I know. I love his songs, he's an incredible singer, and I marvel at his ability to mesmerize every audience he plays for.” ~ Bonnie Raitt
