Designed for families and adults alike, the event will feature interactive activities, including a kids’ passport experience, photo booth, face painting, henna art, a Heritage Chalk Mural, and “Around the World” photo stations.

The Fairfield International Food Fest returns for its second year on Saturday, September 5, 2026 (Labor Day Weekend), taking over Fairfield Theatre Company (FTC) for a celebration of global food, culture, and community.
The Fest will feature 12 local food vendors serving cuisine from around the world - from Caribbean and Puerto Rican specialties to Indian, Greek, British, Italian, and more - alongside live music, cultural performances, films, and interactive activities throughout the FTC campus.
Fairfield University’s Center for Arts & Minds returns as a title sponsor, helping transform the venue into a multistage experience with documentary screenings in StageOne, outdoor performances, and a band in The Warehouse.
* Admission includes all entertainment and activities. A dedicated 21+ tasting lounge will offer complimentary samples of wine, beer, and spirits. Enjoy pay-as-you-go global bites from participating vendor tents, with affordable pricing curated for the event.
