Join us for night of short films by local filmmakers curated by Brian Russell of Red Shoe Film. We'll have several special guests for Q&A after their film. The night will be moderated by Brian Russell. Red Shoe Film was founded in 2010 after accidentally buying a camera. He has shot over 2,000 interviews, and has hundreds of credits to his name, ranging from an ESPN 30 for 30, to celebrities like Arianna Huffington, Ed Burns and the entire cast of Saturday Night Live. He loves movies, and has directed over a dozen short films (some of which he hopes you never see!)

Lake in the Sky | An isolated teenager explores the past, his late father, and unstable memory through the use of celluloid on his 16th birthday.

21st Century Courtship | Kay, a newly single pansexual woman navigates the modern dating scene, the lingering drama of her ex & the love that got away. Through a nostalgic 1980s inspired lens, "21st Century Courtship" follows Kay as she faces a more complicated raw look at dating, relationships, and living single with no guidance while caught up in her own nostalgia of better times.

Golden Child | A young woman is reunited with her childhood friend at a pool party and reckons with the fact that he used to pee on her when they were kids.

Trapped | A high school janitor runs into a series of dangerous obstacles.

Cascades | On the day of their 30th wedding anniversary, a couple must come to terms with a their different approaches in dealing with their troubled adult child.
