The first-ever Fairfield International Food Fest debuts Saturday, August 30, 2025 (Labor Day Weekend).
This vibrant, family-friendly celebration takes over the entire FTC campus, inside and out, with global eats like Korean bulgogi, Mexican ceviche, Thai dumplings, British pot pie, and Greek gyros—plus international desserts like gelato and Italian ice.
Guests 21+ can enjoy global wine tastings in the Mezzanine Lounge, hosted by Kindred Spirits & Wine and Highland Imports.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Operation Hope, a Fairfield-based nonprofit supporting those facing hunger and homelessness.
