To Benefit St. Vincent’s Medical Center’s Swim Across the Sound. Since 1987, the Swim Across the Sound marathon and all Swim fundraising events have had a unique niche, helping individuals and families struggling through the difficult financial challenges of a cancer diagnosis. The Swim Assistance Program serves hundreds of people annually by providing financial assistance for everyday living expenses like rent, groceries, and rides to treatment.
