Latyrx is the culmination of a partnership between two of the sharpest minds in hip hop. Lateef The Truth Seeker, and Lyrics Born first met as members of the Soleside collective; a now legendary underground label out of California. Their first album together was released in 1997 to cult success, after which the pair began to focus more and more on solo careers. In the intervening years they’ve accomplished a lot individually; now, sixteen years later and at the top of their games, Latyrx have released a new album.
