This is a fast paced, entertaining, and informative storytelling look back at the psychedelic adventures of renowned Jamband and Deadhead photographer Jay Blakesberg. Please join us as the San Francisco photographer presents his 90-minute Grateful Dead slideshow/storytelling event about his adventure photographing the Grateful Dead experience over the last 40 years. The event will provide the audience with an “all-access” pass to his many years photographing the band as a fan, journalist, and crew member. Blakesberg will first take fans through his early teenage years including his introduction to photography in 1978 when he shot the Grateful Dead performing at the Meadowlands in East Rutherford, New Jersey. He will then discuss his psychedelic journey after high school and how that led to a career visually chronicling the biggest names in rock music and building a professional career as an in-demand commercial photographer working with Rolling Stone, Guitar Player, Vanity Fair, Esquire, and Relix. This lively and highly entertaining presentation will take you on The Long Strange Trip YOU have all been part of for many years. Concert Tickets $28
