Believe Your GRReatness is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit advocating "Music for Mental Health". Our Mission is to spread the healing power of music by promoting music education through the Gil Rodriguez Scholarship Fund, and through Free or Reduced instruments and music lessons for those battling depression or struggling with other mental health issues. Music can play a valuable role in dealing with mental illness and can support positive changes in behavior and wellbeing. It can stimulate emotional responses and improve creative expression. It helps cultivate confidence and self-esteem. It also aids in building friendships by developing communication and social skills, and meeting others with similar interests. Our hope is to help expose at risk individuals to the healing power of music to help combat the mental health and suicide crisis facing us. If you or someone you know could benefit from music lessons, or if you would like to donate an instrument or your time as an instructor, please contact us at believeyourgrreatness.org Concert Tickets $30/ $20 Students/ General Admission
